Terms of Service

The short version
By using Solia Pro, you agree to these terms. We'll provide the platform; you'll use it for lawful business purposes. Either of us can end the relationship at any time. Your data is yours. Our software is ours. Be cool to your clients.
1. Account
You must be at least 18 and the rightful operator of the business you're representing. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Subscription & billing
Solia Pro is a monthly subscription. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel from your admin dashboard or by emailing hello@soliapro.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months unless required by law.
One-time setup fees (Pro and Studio plans) are non-refundable once setup work has begun.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Solia Pro to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Violate any law (including consumer protection, data privacy, and anti-discrimination laws).
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
- Resell access to Solia Pro or use it to build a competing product.
4. Your data
You own your client list, appointment history, payment records, and all other data you generate using Solia Pro. You can export this data at any time. If you cancel, we'll provide a CSV export and delete your data within 60 days.
5. Our software
Solia Pro and the underlying code, design, and brand belong to us. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business while your subscription is active.
6. Third-party services
Solia Pro integrates with Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Supabase, and Vercel. You're subject to their terms when using those services through Solia. We're not responsible for outages or actions taken by those providers.
7. Liability
Solia Pro is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or the platform. We'll always tell you why.
9. Changes
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and email you 30 days before material changes take effect.
