Hi, I'm Em. I'm a licensed electrologist running a solo studio outside Reno. I built the software that runs my business from scratch because nothing on the market actually fit how a one-person studio works.
I needed bookings that respected buffer time and prep. Deposits that didn't take three plugins. A client portal that didn't make my clients sign up for yet another account. SMS that I could actually reply to. Intake forms that flowed into appointment notes. Aftercare that sent itself. A place to track inventory because I was tired of running out of probes.
So I built it. And then a friend who's a lash artist asked if she could use it. Then another. Then I rented out my second room to another electrologist and realized — I'm not the only one who needs this.
