The short version
We collect what we need to run your business platform — and nothing else. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the services that make Solia Pro work (like Stripe for payments and Twilio for texting). Your client data belongs to you.
What we collect
From you (the practitioner): name, email, phone, business name, service type, payment information (handled by Stripe).
From your clients: whatever they enter into your booking and intake forms — typically name, email, phone, appointment history, intake responses, and payment records. This data lives in your own database and you control it.
Automatically: basic analytics (page views, browser type, country) to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party trackers.
How we use it
- To provide the platform — bookings, payments, messaging, etc.
- To send you account and billing emails.
- To respond to support inquiries.
- To improve the platform (anonymized usage data only).
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services that power Solia Pro:
- Supabase — database hosting (your data lives here)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Twilio — SMS sending and receiving
- Resend — transactional email
- Vercel — site hosting
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account at any time. Email hello@soliapro.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and email you if the change is material. Continued use of Solia Pro after a change means you accept the new policy.
